Ok.. needed a First Communion card for my niece and had NO stamps to use. So I decided to use some of my Prima's to make the cross... Then added the cuttlebug design on the background and I like the card!!!

This set is for Father's Day but this image is so Mother's Day to me.... I used a layout taken from a card that Lana Lepinski did for Valentines day and "tweaked" it a little!!

This is a Penny Black stamp that I got for Christmas last year! I love this stamp and added some Rhinestones and baubles that I have been hoarding for a while now!!

A good friend of mine, Bevie Barton, offered up a "challenge" this weekend. She sent us the images and we had to do something with them. So I used Beate's weekend sketch challenge along with Bevie's image!!!

The drinks are colored with light colored Copics!!

Father's Day

I thought I posted this already but I guess I haven't yet.

We got new bedding.. I let Dan pick it out so that is why we have deer. You can't see the picture in the back but it is a Hayden Lambson picture of a buck with it's reflection in the water. Seeing as though EVERYONE in this house hunts EXCEPT me it is just something that I have to live with. We have deer everywhere in this house.. lol



We have a very small bedroom and no basement so that leaves to lots of "stuff" getting put in our bedroom. There is only about 2 feet on each side of the bed to walk otherwise it is full.













Here is the picture on our wall. I love Hayden Lambson's pictures and we have a goal to buy 1 a year until we run out of wall space... lol

very special memories

This is a very special book that Pinefeather had made for everyone at a retreat we go to. This will be the 3rd year for the retreat we do in Chippewa Falls and it means so much to me. Unfortunately I will miss this years as I will be in Alaska with my husband. I will so miss these gals and a few new ones to come this year too. I am so fortunate to be in a very special group of ladies, who have become just like sisters, and are all awesome stampers and/or scrappers!! Love you all!!

This stamp is just so cute... It is from the Penny Black line. It is fun to color too. I used my Water Wonder Crayons from SU for this image, as I just love the watercolored look!

Here is a picture of all but 3 of the grandchildren. There were 3 boys on our side that couldn't make it. These were a VERY active group that is for sure

I so love the signatures that people put on the end of their posts. I worked on one this morning for a bit.. well I thought it was a bit until I see that it is now almost 6AM and I started almost an hour ago!! So what do you think?? I need to "tweak" it a bit yet though

Last day away from home, so hoping tomorrow to get some stamping done and posted. It sure is warm here in Madison. You could almost wear shorts out during the day. Have a great day everyone... Yesterday was awesome for us!

Well I haven't stamped in a few days and I won't be posting for a couple days as my husband and I are headed out on a little "mini trip" that we do every year. This year we will be touring 7 farms around the Madison Wisconsin area. It is a fun bus trip and we have enjoyed it for the last 4 years now. So will be stamping again on Monday hopefully and post a project or two!!
